Virtual Personal Training
If you live outside of Ottawa, have a busy schedule, or you travel a lot, this is a great option for you. With virtual training, all you need is an internet connection, a computer or mobile device, and enough space to move around a bit. If you have some basic exercise equipment, even better! Our 30min virtual sessions are designed to help you get stronger and healthier while accommodating your schedule.
Frederick Stretch Therapy® (formerly Fascial Stretch Therapy®)
Experience the benefits of Fascial Stretch Therapy, a unique method of stretching
that targets the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles, joints, and organs. By improving your fascial health, you can enhance your mobility, reduce pain and inflammation, boost your energy and sleep quality, and relax your mind and body. Each session is one hour long and takes place at FRST Fitness. This service is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their movement and well-being, except for pregnant women or those with systemic inflammation.
All personal training services include a 2hr in-person assessment.

Golf Performance Training
Every sport has its unique demands, and golf is no exception. Whether you’re new to the game, or you’ve been playing your whole life, a golf-specific training program can help you improve your shot consistency, drive distance, and endurance so that you can play less golf (fewer shots) more often.
Prenatal and Postpartum Training
Whether you’re trying to conceive, are currently pregnant, or have had a baby, you want your body to be as healthy and resilient as possible so that YOU can be as healthy and resilient as possible. It’s been proven time and time again that strength training can help women have an easier pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum recovery. No pregnancy is the same though, and you need to work with a coach who has both experience and training in this area to accommodate your specific needs and goals.
Custom Program Design
If you’re already an experienced gym-goer, and you can keep yourself accountable, but you need to get out of your training rut, this is a great option for you! This service allows you to work out on your own, following a customized plan that I create for you based on your goals and preferences. You will receive a detailed program that includes exercises, sets, reps, rest periods, tempo, and progression. We’ll also have regular check-ins to keep you on track. This service is ideal for those who know how to do basic exercises (deadlifts, squats, etc.) and who want to challenge themselves with new routines.
