Victoria Elliott
Hi, I’m Victoria Elliott, founder and head coach of StrongHouse Coaching. My goal is to help you take ownership of your health, so you can perform your best in all aspects of your life. I quite like the WHO’s definition of health as “a state of complete mental, physical, emotional, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease of infirmity”. This definition ties in really well with the holistic approach I take with my clients, emphasizing the four pillars of health: rest, movement, diet, and happiness.
The StrongHouse Mission
The mission of Strong House Coaching is to inspire and teach busy professionals to increase their health span, through the observance of the 4 pillars of health (rest, happiness, movement, diet) and the practice of daily habits to achieve optimal health.
I teach you how to optimize your sleep quality and quantity, manage your stress levels,
and recover from your workouts and daily activities.
I help you discover your purpose and passion, cultivate positive emotions and relationships, and enjoy your life to the fullest.
I guide you through effective and fun exercises that improve your strength,
mobility, endurance, balance, and coordination.
I advise you on how to eat well for your body type, metabolism, lifestyle, and
preferences.

While StrongHouse Coaching is a fairly new business operating since 2021, I’ve been working in the industry as a personal since 2011. One of my passions is lifelong learning, which has given me all sorts of tools to help you be as healthy as you can for as long as possible
